This is my 2nd lead from stranger tails and i absolutely love it. The biothane isn't too thick or heavy and the removable handle is an awesome feature.

Auto locking carabiners are the only type of clip I will use when walking my reactive dog. It is definitely worth the upgrade
I'm really happy with it. The carabiner is sturdy and of good quality. I have it on a 3/4" midnight leash. For my taste, it would probably be 'too big' for a 5/8" leash, but with a wider leash, it looks perfect!
This is a MUST have, especially for reactive dog owners! The most important thing for me as a reactive dog owner is that I have gear that I know will not fail. Having the upgrade auto-locking carabiner adds such as sense of security for me. The carabiners are so well made and they go perfectly with the Strange Tails aesthetics!
Love it! The quality is great, the colour is perfect and it fits my puppy like a glove!
The new leash is perfect for my walks, it is the right size and good quality. Thank you!
easy to use
excellent quality, prompt delivery
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely In Love with Our Strange Tails Gear! We purchased the Biothane Traffic Handle Dog Leash along with the Hands-Free Leash Adapter, and after more than a month of daily use, we can confidently say these products have exceeded every expectation. The craftsmanship and quality are outstanding. From the moment we opened the package, it was clear these products were built to last. The hands-free adapter has been especially amazing for our family. We love that it's adjustable enough for our kiddos, who are learning to care for their new large-breed puppy, Dottie. It gives them confidence and helps make walks safer and more enjoyable for everyone. The customer service was equally impressive. I initially ordered just the leash and then discovered the hands-free adapter after I had already completed my purchase. Savannah and Jake went above and beyond to add it to our order and save us the extra shipping charge. Their kindness and attention to detail made an already great experience even better. What has really sold us on Strange Tails is how well these products hold up to real-life adventures. We recently spent two weeks camping with the kids, and the leash came along for every muddy trail, lake swim, forest exploration, and outdoor adventure imaginable. Dottie has even tried to gnaw on it a few times! Despite all of that, it still looks brand new. It's incredibly durable, easy to clean, and clearly made with active dogs and families in mind. We were so impressed that we've already gone back and purchased the Biothane Martingale Dog Collar as well. If you're on the fence, don't hesitate. These products are stylish, exceptionally well-made, and backed by truly outstanding customer service. Strange Tails has earned lifelong customers in our family, and Dottie couldn't be happier with her adventure gear! Highly recommend! 🐾❤️
It is super sturdy and I feel safe knowing that she can’t break it.
We love our Strange Tail drag line. The material is high quality and has a great feel to it. We opted for the auto locking carabiner which we find user friendly and gives us extra piece of mind with our boisterous dog. Great customer service also!
Very happy with item. Quality made!
This is a great add for extra security with our 140 lb dog!
Auto locking feature is a little foreign at first, but it's very nice that I don't have to worry about something accidentally coming undone. I do worry a bit about the carabiner itself breaking if my dog takes off since he is a large breed, but it seems very sturdy so far.
Easy to use, makes walks feel more secure
Easy to use, makes walks feel more secure
Love how it locks
Super well made and so easy to use!
Sturdy a durable the auto locking is very convenient as i dont have to worry to much of it accidentally opening
The carabiner is safe and secure.
This was a nice upgrade to the leash. Secure so my dog doesn't accidently pop off the leash yet I can manage with one hand
After my dog spontaneously popping off her other leash because the clip failed when we upgraded to strange tails we choose this to for piece of mind. Hold strong but also easy to get off one handed still
Easy to use once you get used to it. Love the secure clip giving me peace of mind.
So far so good for my lab mix pup
perfect for our squirmy escape artist hound! he's unclipped and broken the trigger clasps of his previous leashes, but this carabiner has withstood his attempts at freedom.
Once I got used to the way it worked, I really liked the extra security that came with it. Love the detachable handle and overall, a great leash!
Love the option to add an auto locking carabiner! This gives me more peace of mind for walking with my big dog, and it is so easy to use and clean.
Too big for the leash.
I love this lock; it is very secure and easy to use.
Great leash. A third higher traffic handle would be nice
Great!
This is a repurchase with the auto lock carabiner upgrade. I’ve previously purchased the hands free adapter and traffic handle leash and loved it!!~ i suffer from a shoulder disorder so holding a leash and having my dog pull on it made walking my dog quite painful. But the hands free adapter solved all my problems. It’s so easy to use, customizable and very aesthetically pleasing. I recently bought another hands free adapter and leash with the auto locking carabiner for my new puppy and it’s just perfect. Feels very safe even when my puppy is out of control. The clasps and parts of the hands free adapter are super useful for hooking on additional items like poop bag dispensers and treat pouches. The owner, Savannah was so helpful, she truly cares about her customers. I made some changes after placing an order which was probably very confusing and inconvenient for her, but she was very responsive and my order arrived just perfect.
I had a small warranty issue and they were great and fixed it right away! Would highly recommend this combo!
When ordering I was not sure to expect with the auto lock feature, but it surely did not disappoint!! Me and my pups love our leashes!
It's well done, but for my dog was a little much- definitely a must if you have a big dog that pulls, but their regular clasp is strong enough for medium sized dogs
Love it, feels very secure when my puppy is enjoying the sniffs at the end of her long line!
The perfect carabiner .
This is a great item to go along with the leash.
The clipping does needs some getting used to but it is very sturdy and clips great! I was a bit worried about cleaning it but up until now I have not had any issues with it.
Great carabiner! Love it! Ensures a higher level of security and peace of mind with keeping my pup safe and secure.
