Since all of our products are handmade to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless there is a warranty issue.

Please ensure to carefully measure your dog's neck to ensure that the correct size is purchased.

When measuring yourself for a handsfree adapter, please measure both around your hips and across your body to ensure that both measurements are within the range of the size you purchase. Keep in mind any layers you may want to wear in the winter!
