Strange Tails is not responsible for any damages caused by the use of our products. This includes but is not limited to the misuse of our products, defects or failure in the manufacturing process or in materials, or accidents that occur while using our products. The buyer is responsible for determining if a product is suitable for use with their dog based on but not limited to their size, strength and behaviour. Strange Tails gear should be inspected regularly for signs of wear and tear or damage that may impact the functionality of the products. 

The buyer agrees to accept all responsibility by purchasing and/or using Strange Tails products.
