As of August 16th, 2023 our processing time has temporarily increased to 5 weeks as we prepare to take time off for our upcoming wedding and honeymoon.

We will be OOO from August 16 - 22, 2023 and again from September 2nd - 22nd, 2023.

We are accepting orders during this period, but please be aware that there will be no customer service support available during our posted OOO dates. Emails and social media inboxes will not be monitored during this time. We will respond to all inquiries received upon our return.

What is your processing time:
Due to the handmade + custom nature of our products, orders are subject to a processing time before they are shipped out.


As of August 16th, 2023 our processing time has temporarily increased to 5 weeks to accommodate our OOO dates.

Orders placed before this date are subject to our standard processing time of 3-4 weeks.

I placed an order but don’t see a confirmation email in my inbox:
If you see a charge from us on your bank statement or PayPal account this means the order has gone through and is in our system. Please check your junk/ spam folders as sometimes the confirmation emails end up there. If you still are not able to locate your confirmation, we would be happy to assist upon our return.

I need to make a change to an item I ordered or change my shipping address:
No problem. Orders will not be shipped during our OOO dates, so any changes requested will be processed upon our return before orders are shipped out.

My order was shipped before your OOO dates but there is a problem with delivery:
Unfortunately, we have no control over our packages once they leave our studio.

If there is an issue with delivery (ex; package delivered but not received, package delivered to wrong address, etc), please file a claim with the carrier used to ship your package:
